Facebook Page – How to Grow your Community
I’m always on the lookout for great tips for people using facebook for business – especially info on how to make your facebook page appealing to others. Or as it was once said “How can I get more fans?” It is the top question I get from clients and also visitors to our facebook page.
On Thursday the Social Media Examiner (one of my top 5 blogs that I follow for social media info) had a fabulous post by Ching-Ya: Ten Ways to grow your Facebook Page Following. There are some great examples of some easy-to-implement methods to help you build your following and ultimately your community.
The biggest requirement of a good business page, in my opinion, is to engage with the people connected to your page, but it can be tricky on finding a good balance of what content appeals to the community. You do have to be careful to follow all Facebook’s terms… contests are a big one too. Those rules have to be followed to the T.
